Selecting a Booking Calendar
Users may connect multiple calendars with Appointment.one. This affords great flexibility with showing a realistic view of your availability across multiple work or personal calendars. An added benefit from multiple calendars is the ability to choose which of your email addresses invitations are sent from and in what calendar the actual invite is saved.
By default, events will always book to your primary calendar. See Managing Calendars to change your primary calendar.

Each event can have a different booking calendar associated with it.
To change or select a specific booking calendar:
- Navigate to your dashboard and select the event you'd like to modify
- Expand Advanced
- Modify the Booking Calendar field
