Managing Your Calendars

Customers may connect multiple calendars with Appointment.one. This affords great flexibility with showing a realistic view of your availability across multiple work or personal calendars. An added benefit from multiple calendars is the ability to choose which of your email addresses invitations are sent from and in what calendar the actual invite is saved.

By default, events will always book to your primary calendar. To change your primary calendar:

  • Navigate to Settings then Calendars
  • Click the settings button in the calendar tile and select Make Primary

You can add as many calendars as you'd like. Calendars can be any type supported by your account (Google Apps, Office 365, or Exchange). To add a new calendar:

  • Navigate to Settings then Calendars
  • Click Add Another Calendar and follow connection instructions

At times we may lose access to your calendar. This typically happens when you change your password or revoke access from within your calendar provider. When this happens your calendar will indicate a connection error. To re-connect your calendar:

  • Navigate to Settings then Calendars
  • Click the settings button in the calendar tile and select Re-connect Calendar

We're doing amazing things at Appointment.one. Experience simple scheduling without email tag or double booking.
