Disable video call / Hangout links for new appointments
When using the Google Apps calendar integration some appointments may be generated that include both a location field and several custom fields labeled as Join Hangouts Meet and Join by Phone.
These are added automatically by Google if your domain has them enabled.
To remove these from all future events have your Google Apps domain administrator follow the instructions linked below to Turn Meet on or off:
