Feature Release: Group Scheduling
We're excited to launch one of our most aggressive features to date - unified group scheduling. Many organizations maintain a pool of resources (e.g. inside sales reps performing product demos). Through the use of Appointment.one groups, an entire group of users can be presented behind a single unified calendar.
Customers who want to connect with your group can do so with the exact same interface used for traditional events. If multiple users are available during a given window, our scoring mechanism ensures even distribution of appointments on everyone's calendar. We've even added the ability to set different priorities associated with each user - a feature we see being used by managers or remote staff who can now step up exactly when they are needed, like during periods of peak demand when the rest of the workforce is unavailable or already booked.
Customize Accounts and Users Thumbnails
Part of the value of enriching meeting attendee information is gaining access to thumbnails which let's you know who you're meeting. By default our users' email addresses are enriched with a picture from an external social media site such as LinkedIn automatically on account creation.
With this release update the thumbnails can now be modified. Accounts can use a corporate logo to maintain brand consistency and users can update to a preferred thumbnail. Updated images are used throughout the site in event/group lists, when scheduling an appointment, and when reviewing appointment details.
We're doing amazing things at Appointment.one. Experience simple scheduling without email tag or double booking.
